Retaining employees and witnessing their progress across the career ladder where they grow from a junior title to a senior one and not just grow in the title but precisely in hosting more knowledge, skills, experience and exposure, is the true belief beyond our success in less turnover and it goes back from the beginning to our values and commitment code. We acknowledged that believing in young talents is not the single factor in their blooming. Contributing to their learning through paving a frequent range of technical training courses and skills development seminars, while rewarding their achievements are what it takes to have motivated young in age but prosperous leaders with an embedded sense of belonging. The hierarchy of Unitech MEP displayed that 65% of our managers all over the departments are 40 years or below while 35% of them are above 40 years. Delving deeper into the employees’ gender composition, it will be found that 20% of them are females while the rest 80% are males. Meanwhile, equality matters to us and that’s where our efforts are directed to the upcoming years, in which we are strategizing to raise the ratio of females to males in the Unitech MEP family.
