The hierarchy of Unitech MEP displayed that 65% of our managers all over the departments are 40 years or below while 35% of them are above 40 years. Delving deeper into the employees’ gender composition, it will be found that 20% of them are females while the rest 80% are males. Meanwhile, equality matters to us and that’s where our efforts are directed to the upcoming years, in which we are strategizing to raise the ratio of females to males in the Unitech MEP family.
