Responsibilities
1. Draft and edit communications copy (e.g., mass and segmented emails, campaign communications, story boards, scripts etc.)
2. Support the Internal Comms Director to build and implement an effective communications strategy to be rolled-out across ODH Communication Channels.
3. Help create campaigns to build employee pride and engagement.
4. Support Culture and brand messaging for internal ODH employees across all destinations.
5. Support change communications for company transformation programs to ensure alignment with the internal training programs.
6. Help manage and maintain company intranet, newsletters, and digital channels.
7. Support strategy and tone for employee all-hands, executive meetings and other internal events.
8. Continuously improve communications effectiveness by finding innovative ways to engage employees.
9. Collaborate with the People & Talent team on communications around company culture, employee recognition, L&D initiatives, benefits and more.
10. Continuously improve communications effectiveness through measurement and insights.
